Well... This apartment is OK if you don't mind your maintainence issues not being addressed and the walls paper thin. Our biggest issue however comes from management. We set up direct deposit to pay every month. The first 4 months were fine but the 5th month we got our confirmation email stating that the rent was paid. Days and days we kept checking our banking account and the money never came out. We called several times telling them that online our apartment account balance says 0 but the money never came out of our checking account and ever time we called we were told our balance is 0. The next month the money didnt come out and our password for our apartment account was not working so we decided to go into the office and see what was up. She (apparently the assistant manager who we have never met) let us know that we didn't pay last months rent. We showed her the confirmation email... She replied that that email May confirm your payment but that doesn't mean we got it.... WHAT?!! I'm pretty sure that's exactly what that email says. Well now we owe for 2 months rent even tho we told her that we called and asked about this several times.... Basically it was too bad we made a mistake now you have to pay for it. On top of that the direct deposit didn't come out again so now we have to pay to get money orders.... I'm done with this place it's too bad we still have 6 months left!!!
