Moved in at the end of August, 2013. Was up against a wall...new job was starting and I needed a close place to live ASAP! Really wanted a garage unit, but there wasn't one for a week after I moved in. When I tried to switch (after all, I was barely in) I was told I had to exhaust my lease before I could move. Sigh. Shortly thereafter, one of my countertop pieces fell off. Maintenance brought Gorilla glue & electric tape. Sigh again. I didn't realize you could fix granite with those two items. My master toilet was randomly running...called maintence - every day for a week. Never mind. My 72 year old mother came to visit and she fixed it in 30 seconds. Now, I'm just biding my time until my lease is up (thank God it was only for 9 months) and I can move...OUT. Not a flexible company to work with. Rent is high...this place isn't worth the $1500 I pay. The Sheetrock isn't even straight!
