This place looks like a really cute spacious apartment. Hardwood floors, nice old wooden frames and big windows. It's really a beautiful apartment. One of the first things I noticed after I moved in was how dirty the place was. It was as if no one cleaned it after the previous tenants moved out. The shower was filthy, the kitchen had spaghetti sauce splatters around the stove, the fridge smelled bad and the light didn't work. My work requests (for things like heat, fire alarm and rats) are ignored at best. When I first moved in, the manager was quick with work requests and kept the place clean. This place has turned into a dump now. There is garbage and old clothes piled up in the laundry room, garbage in the common areas and grime everywhere. If I'd had read this before I moved in, I would have never signed a lease with these people.
