I have been living in Westminster for about 6 months and I love it! You can't beat the location. It is so close to the city, bars and venues, but it has a neighborhood feel. The building is older, which is nice because the walls are thicker so I almost never hear my neighbors. The apartments are huge, especially for the area, and mine has a hardwood floor. I recently moved from Chicago and I love all the hills and that I can see the water from the outside of the building. I work downtown and it is the easiest commute. I would like to recommend this building in hopes that I will have many more awesome neighbors!
