I would recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment. The management team is a constant source of surprise as they reach new levels of incompetence. I have lived here a long time and the price has only gone up while the quality of service has gone down. Several important pieces of documentation have been lost by the leasing office, INCLUDING my lease contract. It once took over a month to have the oven replaced when it was leaking natural gas and needed to be disconnected. The locks were changed and we were not issued a new key, and had to call a locksmith to enter our apartment. Maintenance has come into my apartment while I was in the shower. I have never caused any problems for the apartment, have always paid rent on time, and do my best to be a respectful neighbor. I am repaid with disrespect, indifference, and price hikes. I have been charged fees because the leasing office lost my insurance paperwork, and they have caused me nothing but stress and indignation.
