Resident • 2015 - 2016
I lived there for a year and a half.
-office & maintenance staff are friendly and helpful
-the unit i was in was in a relatively quiet area of the complex (note: I think my experience was uncommon for this complex)
-there were some fun little community events.
-the grounds are kept nicely.
-the bedrooms are decent sized.
-I was put in a disabled unit without being informed ahead of time (I'm not disabled). This caused some issues because it reduced kitchen cabinet space a lot. But I did get a front load washer!
-There were regularly domestic disputes/police activity in the complex.
-The quality of tenants was not always great (i.e. you can't leave anything that someone could possibly want to steal on your patio for any period of time regardless of time of day)
-My boyfriend's car got broken into once (note: it seems the cars that park facing away from the apartments themselves have issues with this, but the cars that are parked directly in front of the units don't)
-The office staff can be a bit disorganized with paperwork.
-The playground is not very safe for very small children - only older kids (aka toddlers can't safely play without you going on it with them and keeping them at an arm's length)
-We had constant problems with bugs & the like (ants, spiders, crickets, weevils). I've never had issues with bugs in my life, so it wasn't me. I think the unit was not sealed properly.
-The complex itself is not close to any grocery stores, so running to grab a few food items from the store takes half an hour or more.
