I love the staff, amenities, and location and the apartments themselves are nice. The area is very quiet and right on the Centennial Trail which is awesome. The maintenance crew is very prompt and professional. However- I have a huge complaint with the thin floors/walls. I feel like I am constantly walking on eggshells trying to keep my kids and dog from annoying the neighbors with the noise of kids just being normal kids and moving around and playing in their home. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does- moving room to room, talking, using the bathroom, vomiting, and I have heard far more than I ever wanted to hear myself or have my kids hearing of this upstairs neighbor's personal life when has visitors. We have gotten noise complaints despite best efforts to keep our kids quiet and I totally don't blame the individual(s) complaining because I know how much the noise travels in these units. If you have kids I highly recommend trying for a first floor unit so you at least don't have to worry so much about getting noise complaints. There has been theft here; we've had a stroller and my child's scooter stollen and have witnessed a truck getting stolen. There is a number of homeless people that frequent the trail and woods right behind the apartments. But you get that anywhere and overall it feels pretty safe and quiet here.
