My husband and I lived in Cedar Creek Village for 8 months. There are more things I
am unpleased with than I even thought possible. The kitchen flooring is carpet and is
impossible to keep clean, the air conditioning unit is in the bedroom and does not
reach any other rooms, the bathroom is shaped like a triangle which is very inconvenient. The garages are nearly impossible to open and if you can get it open, good luck fitting your car in it. the staff is very rude and unresponsive.
I could go on and on but just know that anything you dont want from a house, you will
find it at Cedar Creek Village
please keep looking
oh, and our car was broken into once and stolen another time,
the management did not do anything about it and dont let the security guards
that drive around fool you, they were both on patrol both times and they didnt protect the tennants vehicles.
the second night there were two more break ins and one other car was stolen.
none of these times the security did anything to stop it.
and one more thing, there is a washer and dryer in unit, which was one of the reasons
we wanted to move in, however, they are tiny stack washer and dryer and are in a closet in the hallway. we had a lot of trouble with the dryer, it always caught on
fire, even when the lint trap was clean
