It's been a mixed experience. The quality of the apartment and furnishings are good. The location and grounds are nice. The biggest problems are a very noisy upstairs tenant and people smoking inside their apartment. The smoking issue is the worst as the smoke travels between apartments and is a very obnoxious and unhealthy. I've been trying to resolve the issue but the office staff keeps asking me to identify the culprits, which I don't feel is my responsibility. It is the main reason why I'm not renewing my lease.

When it comes to smoking we do ask the residents for assistance because we are not over there and it can help find out who is doing it. Overall good experience. 1 glaring problem is a noisy upstairs neighbor. I've called the office several times, and even directly approached the neighbor to request they stop the excessive noise to no avail. This will be the reason that I move out after the end of my lease.

New to Spokane area, I enjoy the location and scenery of PVR. It's a well run complex and I enjoy the comforts provided. There is a bit of noise from the upstairs apartment but not intolerable. Overall a nice place to live.
