The good: The location is probably one of the best locations you will find for this price (right up the hill from Titlow park). The layout is nice and just about every extra wall has a closet on it. Rent is cheap, but the signs lie...it's not as cheap as they say. Our unit has a wood buring stove (I think the only one in the whole building...but it isn't sealed right so it's just for looks). The bad: ROACHES!!!!! I have complained numerous times and the manager had the nerve to blame them on us and say we brought them with us! I had to go down to the management company (Dobler Management Company)and write a formal complaint to get anything to happen. She brought pest control in and all they did was set up bait, they were supposed to come back and check the traps but it's been over a month. I have caught and bagged about 15 roaches as proof they are here and other residents have them also. There are 10 parking spaces for 12 apartment, they are tiny and if one car parks a little off everyone gets crammed in. My car was hit and damaged in this parking lot. The repair man is usually pretty good about fixing things but it takes forever for the manager to get him to your unit, you're better off calling him yourself because she wont do anything. THE MANAGER WAS RIPPING US OFF FOR $12 EVERY MONTH, NOW I PAY RENT STRAIGHT TO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. So basically, if you like roaches and a no good manager and a complex where everything brakes and never gets fixed then this is the apartment for you. This manager also manages the Trellis Pointe apartments so I would advise not to live there either!
