I haven't lived here before but wanted to share my experience with going to view some units and consider moving there. Full disclosure, I hate large apartment complex, just everything about them but my wife and I are in the process of relocating to Vancouver from Portland, we're on a tight timeline so we looked at this place just in case we couldn't find anything else.
If you look on Craigslist they post A LOT, like most of these big complexes do but Arnada Point takes it to a whole new level. The units themselves seemed clean, though one we saw had a weird smell to it. The materials are what you would expect, very cheap. The bedrooms were very small, we have a king bed and even though the employee told us a king would fit there I don't see how that would be possible. The grounds were nice, and clearly they maintain them well. They have a pool that's seasonal but it's also very small. In a hot day I would imagine it wouldn't be much fun with more than 5 people in there
After we viewed the apartments I left with the "meh" feeling. As a last resort we would move there but otherwise we wouldn't. Luckily the next day we found a house to rent in the same area. Since we visited, they've called me 3 times and sent me 2 separate emails in less than a week wanting to know if I had any questions. Just a fair warning, they are very aggressive so I wouldn't recommend providing your contact info to them unless you're seriously interested. If you're desperate for a place check it out, but otherwise you can find something better in downtown Vancouver or a little north in Hazel Dell. There's a lot of small complexes that aren't run by big property management companies looking to squeeze every penny out of you.
I'm recommending you take a look but with reservations.
