Okay, first off I have to say how much I love this place. The walls are thick, Meriwether and Dan are awesome, and the apartment is spacious. Response times to maintenance concerns are super quick. They have amenities like pool, hot tub, and the garden. Something that needs to be understood before renting here, THE PARKING IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN... And I am from Seattle. Each residence regardless of how many rooms they have are allowed one parking spot. Other than that, out of the 60+ dwellings here, there are about 8 extra parking spots. After that you have to park on the city roads(usually full too) or risk parking in the church parking lot which tows if not used for the church( still a long muddy walk). We have had a couple friends vocally tell us that they don't want to come over anymore because of the amount of parking tickets they have received our the annoyances of walking a mile to hang out. Personally, they have put "notices to tow" on my car on Christmas and Easter of this year (just go home man!). Often times people park in fire Lanes in order to prevent a half mile walk up the street. Sometimes you just want to come home from a long day you know? I have thought about starting a parking solution petition because everybody I have talked to has stated the same concerns, but honestly, I like the management too much (and appreciate a good renters history). We will probably just leave at the end of our contract. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS SINGLE CAR FAMILY. I'm not exaggerating, it's bad. Take my advice or leave it.
