There are also complaints about parking back then as well. I have a carport that I pay for; $35 a month and I have no complaints. I used to live in Portland and paid $50 for my parking space. Many apartments include the carport amount in their rents so you only think you are getting one for free.
I'm also glad the people who used to live here have moved on. on Katrina's watch there were families whose bratty kids used to run around making so much noise, people with more then the allowed pets in their home. My old neighbor had four cats and when they opened their door, the smell was horrible. They are now gone after HAZMAT had to come through and clean their place. They have gotten rid of the smokers, the crazies and the jerks. I praise them for making such a great turn around in such a short amount of time. Plus the staff are really attractive so I think many of the ladies in the community are outright insecure and somewhat jealous. I say if you cant beat them join them. I'm happy with the changes and glad we other residents without kids or pets are being looked out for now!!
