Resident 2017

WORST APARTMENT STAFF EVER! I moved in here April 2017 with my boyfriend and moved out August 2017. We had a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The apartment itself was great. There is alot of storage area, washer and dryer in unit and it stayed pretty cool through the summer and we didn't hear much noise coming from the neighbors. However, when we moved in, we had one leasing consultant that had all of our information before we moved in and once we finally moved, we had questions that could not be answered by anyone else except her which was inconvenient in itself because we had to wait for her to be in the office to answer our questions. We were given a Fob key when we first moved in that wasn't even activated to begin with that is supposed to get you into the workout room and pool and could only be activated by that same leasing consultant so we had to go to the office a separate time just so she could activate it. Before we moved in, we gave her all of our documents including our renters insurance. We get an email from the complex about a month after moving in stating that we never turned in our renters insurance and that they didn't have any documents from us. Shortly after, they were activating the gate and we were all supposed to get key cards, remote control and parking passes once the gate was activated. We went to the office asking for these and the leasing consultants couldn't help us of course. Everyone had to go through the manager. So with around 1,000 people in the complex, we all had to go through ONE manager. So of course that day she wasn't even in the office and we couldn't go during the week because we worked different schedules and we of course BOTH had to be there. So we finally get in to see the manager and she starts complaining about how she's been so busy and dealing with over 400 people that week with the whole gate situation because she could tell we were annoyed with the staff. So we get everything we need for the gate and parking. Shortly after that, we receive a letter in the mail threatening to evict us in 10 days because our tags on our cars are expired. We go and check our cars and the tags are up to date!!! No photo proof on the letter or license plate number on it, yet they threaten to evict us anyway. I was asked to write a review for the complex for the website and I went off on them staying how upset I was with this staff especially about threats of being evicted for no reason! The manager gets back to me and makes excuse after excuse about the situation saying that there's just a lot of people in the complex and if I wanted to take it up with her higher manager, I could do that. So after all that we finally moved out in August and they didn't bother telling us how much cleaning fees would be once we were moved out. We paid a $500 deposit and they charged us $155 cleaning fee AND $155 CARPET CLEANING FEE!!! Now in the past we've had to paid up to $100 standard cleaning fee total. This place will suck you dry. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND CANNOT HELP WITH ANYTHING BESIDES SHOWING YOU A FRICKEN APARTMENT! THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS TENATS AND IS ONLY INTERESTED IN CHARGING YOU AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY.
