Looks are decieving!
Upon the initial drive through of this property it is fairly impressive. The grounds are pretty clean, there is fairly new paint and the design looks nice. But, upon living here you will realize what a mistake you have made. By then it will be too late because you will have moved in all your stuff and be locked in by a long lease which is next to impossible to break. The gypcrete (concrete like substance) floors are extremly noisy due to being installed over wet plywood. The spas are poorly maintained and I can remember while I was living there a man and his wife had to go to the ER with a bacterial infection they got in it. The appliances are old and management will do anything they can to avoid replacing them when they break. The exercise rooms are not well maintained. All in all most of things that you are paying for (amenities) are poor so it is not really worth the price.Share This Review
