I lived at Sullivan Court Apartments for almost a year and overall had a really good experience. My boyfriend and I lived on the middle floor w/ apartments on all sides of us. So you can image w/ Vera Power we had an extremely cheap electric bill (the highest we ever saw it was $60(and we like it cold during winter!), norm was $40 and perfect spring weather was $25). The apartment was also quiet, we had a good sized man living above us and every once in a while you'd hear him stomp, but overall very quite. Its in a very nice area, close to everything. And I had no problem with carport assigned parking, no one was ever in my spot and i believe if someone ever did park in my spot the manager would have had them towed if i was upset about it, if not probably just a notice. But i don't believe anyone did because there was ample non-assigned parking. Nice management and staff. You do get a late fee if you pay even a day late and they will remind you with a little reminder deal that hangs on your door, but not a big deal. The pool is really shallow but thats not much to complain about. Also Sullivan Court is right next to Central Valley High School and we lived in one of the complexes that was right next to their field so you would hear the man talk over the loud speaker, and you could hear band practice when it was outside, so if you can I would recommend that you get an apartment away from the field; although the noise from the field always ended at a decent hour. I believe I would recommend this place to my friends (if they don't have pets) because they do not allow any pets.
