Riverside 9 Apartments

The staff is really nice. Can hear neighbors but not necessarily any more than any other apartment I've lived in. Apartments themselves have nice kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is very small and has restricted hours (10am-not sure when) and work out facility is fairly minimal. The biggest complaint I have is that the garbage and recycle bins aren't emptied often enough, only twice a week when every unit uses the same 2 dumpsters. Trash and recycle is constantly piled up beside the overflowing dumpsters just hours after it has been picked up. The main access road also has a train that constantly parks in the intersection (several times a day, I have yet to learn the schedule). You can avoid it by taking a different route that goes through an underpass however (if you remember soon enough). Overall the location is very nice and I don't regret living here or want to move out, it just seems that considering these are the priciest apartments in Wenatchee, they'd be better about these small annoyances.
