You don't want to live here. This year the rent was raised by 30 dollars and then the construction making it impossible to even leave the windows open on a cool summer day without hearing some clanking, sawing, or rumbling motor. Part of the justification for the raised rent was that there was to be renovations and improvements. It would make sense to do the renovations first and then raise the rent but Gallina Properties is either too stupid or too inconsiderate to realize this. I would like to add that this is not a problem with the on site property manager(s) who have been replaced 3 times in two years; they do the best they can. Avoid this place.
