The small apartments are way too overpriced compared to others in the area. My Loft is $665 per month and the upstairs is small, barely suitable for a queen size bed and dresser. I have friends in the area who have 2 bdrm apartments that include washer/dryer and garage for far less than what we pay here. The only nice feature is the roomy kitchen. We no longer have an onsite property manager which has caused a decline in the way the complex looks. The property manager was an amazing person and he left because it was not a good company to work for. People throw ciggerate butts and trash all over the ground and parking lot. One day someone left a half full beer can on my brand new car. It seems like they are willing to let anyone move in to fill up the apartments. The place was half vacant about 6 months ago and now all the apartments are full. The building is supposedly non-smoking and signs are posted however people still smoke in their apartments. You can smell it in the hallway. I contacted management and they said even if someone was smoking the smell wouldn't be coming into my apartment. I know not every apartment complex is perfect but this one is all hype and not worth the price tag.
