I have lived here for almost a year. I have had no problems since moving in therefore I can't really comment on how maintenance is. I was a little disappointed that the onsite manager left shortly after I moved in. I don't know any other neighbors by name but that's mostly my fault of just keeping to myself. I live in a 2 bedroom loft. It's a nice apartment in a quiet location with a lot of wild life. I'm proud to call it home and have no immediate plans for moving.
