Cedar Glen Apartments
Resident · 2009 - 2011
Moved here 2 years back after college. I chose to live in Cross Plains due to the fact it was outside of Madison, but close enough for my commute in town for work (as well as other activities). The recreation out in this area is phenomenal (great for biking/hiking/etc...). I do hope a bike rack is installed soon. The lofts tend to stay warm in the winter (the heat really does rise!), and the air-conditioner works wonders (for appearing so dainty). The management is incredible. I don't believe there was a manager out here when I moved here; however, the new manager is extremely detail oriented and always attentive to mine (and the buildings) needs. No matter when I call, I can always expect to chat with him, or get a call back within the day. That is one reasons i enjoy it out this way. The management company also takes care of this property extremely well: professional landscapping, and plowing. The plow crew had a tiny issue this past winter (2010) when we had the snow-drifts, but that was only one day. Other than that things are always attended to. It seems the residents all do a good job of keeping it tidy, too. I also feel safe, and know that if there are any issues they will always be attended to. Overall, do not hesitate to at least give this property a call. I definitely do not believe you will be unhappy with what you see.
