...not so good. Water leak in the hallway is solved by placing a de-humidifier. Walls in hallway have not been cleaned or painted since I moved in. I live on the first floor & I can hear people above me stomp-walking all the time-ANNOYING! Interior is so 80's, vinyl in the kitchen & bathrooms, wood laminate cabinets=UGLY. This place needs to be updated BAD. Management lied to me about heating/electric costs before I moved in. They said no more than $80 per month in the winter. More like $130-$170 in the winter & lowest was $65 in April when we were gone for part of the month and used no heat. The heating unit they use in the living room is a hotel-style A/C & heater, and does NOT heat the living room well & is extremely loud. Maintenance will only come out once per week on Thursdays, so if something breaks on the weekend, i.e. your toilet or kitchen sink, you will not be able to use those for a whole week! Carpets are cleaned using a non-commercial grade steam cleaner (like the kind you rent from the store), so stains come back to the surface quickly & you'll find yourself with black-bottomed feet shortly into your lease. The one good thing is that there are all professional people living in our building (except for 1 crazy lady), and it is safe here. Also, you get underground parking with a 2-bedroom rental. Overall, I would not recommend based on the above.
