This "community" is a joke. The management changes so often that no one knows what is going on and you are forced to do their job for them (while they blame the previous manager for their "ignorance")...while paying too much for the outdated and drafty spaces. They'll tell you whatever to get you to sign the lease...but make sure you get everything in writing for when the new manager comes the next week...and then you will still be forced to deal with corporate to get the things you were promised "approved". We were great tenants for over 2 years (oh, and the short term lease we had to pay $150 extra per month - and then the manager tried to get $50 more). Upon move out, conveniently everything they found "wrong" added up to the $300 deposit. Not worth fighting in court, obviously, but just the icing on the cake of how this management (Wimmer) takes advantage of tenants as much as possible so they can profit. So keep looking elsewhere unless you want to have constant hassels, fight for repairs, be lied to about routine maintenance, pay too much, and be taken advantage of right until the end.
