I am surprised at the ratings. I love living here. I live in a 2 floor building on a corner unit and it is very quiet and at times I don't even feel like I live in an apartment complex. The pool is great and the people here are friendly. Maintenance is always great about fixing the littlest of things.. for example annoying bathroom vent. I've complained about a bad smell in the stairwell before and it only took till the next day to smell a nice fresh smell. There has been a lot of residents that do not pick up after there dog, but management is working on getting DNA testing to ensure the lazy people do pick up after their dog(s)!
