The staff here are friendly and attentive. While the outsides of the building themselves are nothing much, the insides of the rennovated apartments are among the cleanest and most aesthetically pleasing I have seen - which was one of the main reasons I chose to live here. The outdoor area in the back (patio, lawn, porch, dock) are also well maintained. Walking to the Humanities building on the UW campus took 12min, biking there takes 3min. The fact that everything save electricity was included (internet, too) was very nice; the electricty bill never exceeded $16.
A few small cons which need be mentioned: the buildings are located down a steep hill, the halls and stairwells in the Kent building had a wide array of scents, though these scents never permeated into my apartment itself, and because these apartments are just off Langdon, there is occasionally noise from various parties/drunk people. I personally didn't have much of a problem with any of these.
