Resident 2013 - 2017

5/1/2017

After reading the reviews, some of them troubled me. I lived on the 5th Floor and moved apartment rooms twice in my time there. Once they changed Management, the new manager treated me like a person and was very professional. I never had any run-ins with the Owner just a wave here and there. Depending which side of the building you were on, i would recommend the Broom street side. The opposite side faces a parking structure and it can be annoying to be woken up to lights in your windows at all hours of the night. They vacuumed each week and washed the floors in the hallway and always took care of any requests I had. As for the bug problem, I honestly did not have issues them, If you keep your room clean and you take out your trash you should be okay. The Jacuzzi bathtub was very nice, used that in the winter. It gets warm on the 5th level, so I have never had to turn on the heat. We got free Cable, and Internet, and it was quiet most of the time. The location is perfect for downtown; close to the State Capitol, Capitol market, monona terrace etc. Its cheap and affordable for anyone. Yes, there were some weird people in the apartment complex but they didn't bother me at all. Most of the tenants on my floor were nice and would knowledge your existence! Doors were locked at all times, and Safety was never an issue. The walls are made of concrete, never heard my neighbors on either side of me. I would rent from them again
