Nakoma Heights Apartments

It's the little things that matter most, and they are all missing here at Nakoma Heights. The office staff seems to have forgotten they are in the customer service business. Our heat is included in the rent and that sounds great, but the temp is unstable changing from 60 to 85 degrees. When I asked them to look at my thermostat they gave me instructions on how to reset it. That did not work. When I called again they told me that it works fine, and I must be doing it wrong. I guess pressing the RESET button was a little over my head. It's 30 below zero today and 60 degrees in here. In short theses building are very poorly maintained, smelly, noisy, I have not seen the side walk since November, the dumpsters are always overflowing, the staff is rude, never helpful and I will be moving out at the end of my lease. We know the only good reviews on this site are from the manager. Anonymous,, HA! As the manager it is your job to rent these apartments, so I can understand the attempt to make these places seem inviting. I would suggest taking care of the residents you have instead of wasting your time feeding people a line of crap to get them in here. If you had showed the least amount of care in addressing my issues with the apartment you would not be loosing a good tenant this July.
