I have a friend who still needs a sump pump and has needed it for over 10 days. Is this a respite facility or a good place to rent? I personally waited 5 mponths for a garbage disposal crank when I lived there. They don't seem to take maintenance requests seriously. The location to prospective employers is good, the best part of this place is access to busses and the Beltline. That's an unfortunate fact. They do a mediocre job of cleaning when you move in. The grounds, however are quite good except for the ------ playground which has a funky fixture to start with. Thay don't seem to want to work with you when you need temporary rent lieuments.
