Within a month of moving in, we had multiple changes in managment. We have called the after hours emergency line, with out return calls for hours while leaks have happened in our kitchen. The office is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, and have to make multiple calls for any repairs to be made. Repairs are done poorly and usually have to be done more than once. The insulation is cheap, and we can hear coughing and door closing of the apartments above us, not to mention the sounds of banging and water rushing thru our bedroom wall. Trash is thrown all over the garage and hallways, and instead of taking care of the issue managment writes multiple memos. Hard to find a parking spot in the lot on a regular basis, along with assigned parking often being taken. Total nightmare. I would NOT recommend living here.

Even though this is very late in coming, I am sad to hear you have had such a frustrating experience! We just bought this property in September 2015 with the express intention of cleaning it up, along with the overall neighborhood. In all frankness, the fault is in the area landlords who do not apply appropriate screening or skillful management. We have a proven track record in managing, screening, and turning struggling properties around. I know first hand how important it is to feel safe and peaceful in your home and how terrible it is when that isn't happening! I invite you to watch this property and the whole neighborhood as it transforms into a great one once again!
