This is the worst property I've ever lived in. The leasing team/property manager (who was fired) lied about utilities/charges that ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. They FORGED mine and my roommate's signatures on a legal document. They either put us in the wrong apartment or typed our lease incorrectly. Any time I tried to get answers because NOTHING was explained to me, they had no idea how their property or charges worked. I specifically asked if they were charging a fee for processing my electric bill and they said no. That was a lie. They were charging $50/month on top of the bill itself. They've added charges to my account that were bogus and we had to dispute. The property manager that forged our signatures was rude, condescending, and clearly doing very illegal things for a property manager. When we first moved in, our baseboard heater was stuck on and would not turn off for over a month during the hot month of August which cost us more money in utilities. All I can say is I would NOT move in here and if you do, read every word of your ridiculously long lease agreement. This has been the shadiest living situation I've ever experienced.
