We have had several problems with maintenance not being timely when responding to rodent issues. We too have pets like other people have commented and struggle to find decent apartments that will allow pets. Until the rodent issue our experience here had been positive. If asked to get the washer/dryer do not pay extra for it, the all in one unit does not work very well and you will ultimately end up using the community washers and dryers in the building. Do not pick a unit on the ground floor. Since there is a parking garage below you will be paying big money to keep your apartment warm while the people on 3rd floor complain they are hot. Like I said overall the experience was ok but when I look back at all the problems we have had here I feel frustrated by the lack of management support.
