Timberlake Village Apartments
Resident · 2012 - 2013
We have been living in Timberlake Village for about a year now. The apartments are extremely soundproof (even with living next to the stairs, we rarely hear our neighbors). The washing machines and dryers are cheap (only $0.75 a load)! The pool and grounds are kept up well. If anything breaks in your apartment, they usually fix the issue within 24 hours of you reporting it. This has been the best apartment that I have lived in (3 other apartment complexes outside of the Madison area previously) in regards to how quickly things are fixed and how much it seems like the management actually cares. It's conveniently located with a variety of stores nearby. The only issue we've had is that the loft part of the apartment can get pretty warm during the summer. It would be nice if there were more storage, but we knew that there wasn't a separate storage area for our size of apartment when we moved in. They have lots of events throughout the year (taco and movie nights in the clubhouse, mallards outings at a reduced price, free wrapping paper and bows in the clubhouse around Christmas time, food and clothing drives, etc).
