My wife and I lived in 1630, #201 for over five years. They were pricey, and every year, the rent went up. Every year, we looked for a new place to rent and could never find a place that had as much to offer for the same price (unless we moved to a bad neighborhood or to the outskirts of town).
Good: Lots of parking; Great setting (the trees are great, in the winter you can see the lake, barely); Lots of space; Great mainteance man (he was friendly and fixed things quickly); Washer and Dryer in Apartments, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal; We got to know our neighbors and made new friends; Close to a bus stop; Right next to park.
Bad: The neighbors in camelot are noisy quite often; for one year, we had downstairs neighbors that would smoke outside our windows and light their grill with copious amounts of lighter fluid at 1am in the morning--we woke up coughing and gagging--when attempts to reason with them didn´t work, we complained to management--they did nothing; being close to lake means spiders on the balcony--they spray regualarly in the hallways and clean weekly so they aren´t too bad inside-- but if you don´t do the same on the balcony, it is arachnophobia part 2; We didn´t enjoy #201 as much because it was over the turn around for cars--people were too lazy to get out and ring buzzer, they just used their horn; They confiscated my bike because I had it locked in the garage "improperly", they gave it back when I asked about it, but refused to put in any bike racks for "esthetic reasons".
Overall: Good if you can afford it. Most of my problems there stemmed from things outside of managment. Live away from the car turn-arounds and you will be fine.
