I have lived here for a couple years, and neighbors can be a pain.
They mostly keep to themselves, as I do, mostly.
My view of the park-like setting is definately a plus.
Can see the 4 seasons, and it really is nice.
Not a bad place, at all, to retire.
The building, which is built into the ground, should be taken care of better.
The outer grounds and lots should be better taken care of (litter) regularly.
Management needs some work.
When one lives in a rent-controlled building, don't expect the red carpet treatment.
