This was a terrible renting experience from the conditions in the unit to the dealing with the on site property manager Deb and her husband Kenny who is the maintenance, and Katz Properities. We moved into our unit and the dryer, washer and stove were not installed - no one came for over 48 hours to fix when we moved in so my husband had to install new cords himself (the wall allowed for 3 prong plug in - all the appliances were 4 prong). The unit smelled of cigarette smoke. We did not have screens on any windows. We went with out screens and a cabinet door in the kitchen for 8 months - each week when we asked there was another excuse to why our unit couldn't get them. The garage unit we were given was on the other side of the complex - while the property manager takes up 3 garage units all closer to our unit. Our heating bills were over $300 for 4 months this past winter due to terrible insulation and drafts through the entire unit - we spoke to both onsite and Katz management - no one seemed to care. Our furnace broke on a below 0 day, it took 48 hours to fix and we were credited $30 when we coud not even stay in he unit! The fire alarm constantly goes off at all hours of they day and night. Lastly - the neighboring unit has a mold issue and their solution was to seal the second story window shut - not be opened... This place is not worth it - I know they take any type of pet which is very hard to find but you will be miserable for the entire lease - KEEP LOOKING
