This property was built in the 70's and it shows. The windows are paper thin so heating/cooling costs are high. You have to pay more for normal upgrades like wood vs particle board cabinets. Cheap carpeting is used . The pool is small and opened only 3 months of the year. The owner has remodeled the office that is way above the quality of the apartments. Maintenance staff fixes everything cheapest way possible. No security personnel or cameras to protect you or your vehicles. Horrible snow removal services . and Rent raises every year !
