Timber Ridge is not a horrible place to live in but there are a few things we don't like about living here. When we first saw the place we fell in love but the decor of their model apartment and the cleanliness of the area. They keep up with their grass and are working on things to make the place look better (such as the new mailboxes and the new stair cases). But the upgrades they are doing are more so irritating than helpful. When we moved in the mailboxes were just outside our door and convenient to grab our mail, then they moved them on the whole other side of our building where we have to walk a bit to get the mail. Again, not horrible but its a pet peeve. They are remodeling the staircases which takes them a really long time and they start early in the morning which can be noisy. Some of our neighbors are annoying and petty. Upon moving in we were told that the previous tenants left behind their grill and they were contacted and said we could have it... We went out and bought charcoal and lighter fluid, patties and buns, and when we came back the grill was gone. Now we lock it onto the pole and fear that our stuff is going to be taken. Things in our apartment are slowly breaking down and the place is way too small for what we pay. It's nice that its in a good area and close to a lot of stuff, including my family, but I can not wait until our lease is up so we can move to a bigger space and get what we pay for. They took a lot of money from us, lets end it at that.
