Don't live here unless you like throwing away money.
My wife and I lived here for 3 years. The place was nice and quite in a nice neighborhood. When it rained hard, the basement flooded and the landlord had to get rid of the mold, but they did, which was nice. The washers and dryers were worthless and overpriced. Water and heat was included, which is nice considering the outside walls are so thin. Other than the mice in the walls, and the unfriendly owner/manager, the place was nice, until you move out. We did not get our $650 security deposit back, and were also charged an additional $1,200 for the carpet, which didn't have any stains on it other than 3 years of wear and tear. Before you move, pay the $95 to have a professional clean your carpet, AND take many pictures, so these people don't take you to the cleaners like they did to me. $1800 for very cheap carpet (in a 2 bedroom apt) is robbery. Don't live here. If you make the mistake of living here, hire a lawyer to help you end your lease.Share This Review
