I moved into Woodfield heights in 2011. The rent was $790. Each month the "rubbish" got a little higher (I never understood that). And each year, "corporate" went up on the rent. The problem with that is that the higher the rent went up, the further downhill the quality of the place went. Dog poo everywhere, the hallways are disgusting (dirty carpet, dirty walls, smell of urine). Management is a complete joke. They are liars and very unprofessional. Everything about this place is a joke. Please be advised that unless you are a person who cares nothing about where you live ... STAY FAR AWAY. There are nicer places for the amount of money they charge. I just hate it took me so long to get out.
