Other reviews have appeared following this one. One comment I can make is that
I have eaten at Burger King for many years (close to 50) and have never encountered
rude and unprofessional treatment there. However within the last year, Burger King
released a report that indicated that 20% of the complaints they receive are for the
very issue we are discussing here: 'rude and unprofessional treatment'. Thus, it
may the case that with service professionals an individual may not see the problem
and for a long time I might add, but that does not mean the problem does not exist.
Burger King also reported at that time that they are working to reduce this problem.
>rude and unprofessional = bully. I've met some property managers like that. The profession
though is a customer service profession and property managers should not act in this way.
Residents are paying money to live in these apartments.
I would suggest that instead of property management they investigate becoming an
equipment manager for an NFL locker room. There their behavior would fit right in.
