My wife and I moved in one month ago. We looked at apartments in the entire area of Whitefish Bay, Shorewood, and Glendale. I can honestly say we picked Bay Village because of the manager Sherri. The town houses are very nice and have a basement with washer and dryer. But Sherri closed the sale for us. She is very helpful and made us feel like the most important part of her day. She is very honest and straight forward. It does not seem to be a typical sales pitch because another tenant came in while we were there and they seemed very comfortable with her and she was very friendly with them. She made the entire process very easy. During our first week living here our kitchen sink started leaking underneath. We called the emergency number at 8:30 at night and Sherri herself came over with the maintenance man. They explained in detail what would be done to fix it and sure enough it was fixed perfectly the very next morning. The front yards are very nice and we have enjoyed being outside with our two children. Everyone is friendly and we are very comfortable and happy here. I highly recommend living here.
