We just moved into our Bay Village townhouse last week (July 20, 2015) so we don't have a lot of experience with maintenance, but we began the process of renting here in April, and all of our experiences with Sherri, the manager, have been great. She was able to have the unit we wanted renovated (a 6-week project) in time for us to move in when we wanted to and we're very happy with the result: all new, quality windows and doors (interior and exterior), appliances, crown moldings, paint, bathrooms, etc. She even arranged to have staff install a really nice living room ceiling fan that we already owned. We left a more expensive apartment complex in the same ZIP code after nine years because we just couldn't take the noise any longer (we were on floor two of three). I'm happy to say that so far here noise has absolutely NOT been a problem. We'll miss the heated underground parking at the old address, but the garage space here, although small, is adequate for the car and two bikes. So far, we're very glad we made the move.
