I am a long term tenant at Bay Village. The grounds are always well maintained and provide a peaceful atmosphere. On the rare occasion something is needed in my unit Sherri, the property manager, will address it immediately. We enjoy having easy access to a great community which includes parks, shopping and excellent schools. Only a 20 minute bike ride to the lakefront!
