rude staff. not worth the money
the staff is very rude like we owe them money. they do room inspection very now and then and never let you know in advance. so basically they break into your apartment every time. if your room is a little bit not clean, they make aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Okay.
I was initially happy with GT apartments until we moved out. As the person below me posted, they take at least $100 per person out of the security deposit for an apartment that was SPOTLESS! They said the stove wasn't clean because they found Aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Avoid
First, I'm not a student. Secondly, I moved to these apartments because they were one of the few availabe at the time. Living on the bottom floor, they expected you to run a dehumidifier 24 hours a day. That didn't alleviate theā¦Ā See More >unhappy121462

Worst place ever
I lived at this place for 2 years because moving again was a pain. The parking is awful. You hear tenants from other apartments through the walls. The worst part has been moving out. I would recommend not even bothering toā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Feels like home
I've lived in several apartments as an undergrad and grad student, and Georgetown has been my favorite. Nice, new apartments in a great location. I've never had any problems with office staff or anything in the apartment, though the insulation could be better.ā¦Ā See More >wvugrl129

Worst apartments I have ever lived in...
This apartment complex is under new management, GoldCrest Properties. WORST PROPERTY MANAGERS EVER. They don't tow from our lot so even the permit parking is constantly full. They don't make repairs in a timely fashion. They are not friendly, helpful or polite. They are actuallyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Under new management
I've lived here the past two years while attending med school. The first year and a half was awful under the old management. But now a new company has taken over and things are SO MUCH BETTER. They are friendly, take care of maintenance issuesā¦Ā See More >anonymous

NASTY RUDE LANDLORDS
The apartments are nice and clean and if football fan location good. They do charge guests $30 on game day to park.(People starting partying at 6:00 a.m. on game day so forget sleeping in and your own family cannot park on the property theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Only a last resort!
I chose this apartment because when I got accepted to school, almost everything else was already taken. I lived here for 2 years because I didn't feel like moving, but I don't recommend it. There is never enough visitor parking and if you park anywhereā¦Ā See More >WVUFan4Ever

Wonderful Place To Call Home
I have lived with the Georgetown for almost 3 years, and I wish I could stay longer, but had to relocate with my job. I have had several friends live there, all of whom were pleased with their places too. The staff are prompt andā¦Ā See More >anonymous

very rude
Great location for the football lover! But very rude staff. Maintanence was usually very good. Poor insulation and you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on around you above, beneath, and also outside. Never really had any problems with people partyingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Happy resident
I lived in a single apartment my senior year at WVU. The apartment was very nice compared to places I lived previous years. Maintenance is good and efficient. The landlords are always available to answer questions and address any concerns you may have. One ofā¦Ā See More >anonymous

not worth the trouble
Landlords claim an upscale setting but rent to anyone. Adjacent rental units full of loud college students that will party until mid-morning. Property is outside city limits so there is no noise ordinance to enforce. Hope you like loud music and peopleā¦Ā See More >anonymous

looks nice, poor construction, lousy management
Newly constructed units look very nice inside, but poor construction is evident. No sound insulation. Forget watching a quiet movie if anyone else is watching TV, or.. talking.. beneath or above you. Inexpensive materials also evident in details such as cabinetry andā¦Ā See More >anonymous
