I lived in Glenlock North while my boyfriend lived in Glenlock South, so I have a review for both. Both are very basic apartments but they are super convenient to downtown - takes me 10 minutes to walk to Clark Hall. Parking has been free until leases starting in May 2016, they advertise that they will be charging a monthly fee for parking. No pets. Sometimes both buildings get a little loud on the weekends, but it's expected living in a college town so close to downtown. The WORST parts about living in either of these buildings and the best advice I could give, DO NOT live in either building in an apartment that faces the direction of the dumpster. The garbage people have been coming between 4 AM AND 6:30 AM EVERY SINGLE DAY. I'm woken up EVERY SINGLE DAY during that time.
So if you want to pay a pretty penny for living close to downtown for convenience without anything special about the apartment, don't choose an apartment that faces the dirt walk way between the two buildings. The sound literally of the dumpster crashing to the ground travels down there like the world is being invaded every morning. I clearly, am really frustrated by this.
