I lived at this complex for three years, was never late with rent, and was a model tenant. At the end of my third lease they sent a notice of non-renewal with no explanation. The management at this complex seemed to deteriorate significantly over the last year. They failed to fix our fridge in a timely manner and had to be called back several times, resulting in the spoilage of food. New garages displaced nearby parking which became increasingly harder to find. The rent increased 10-15% each year with no increase in services. We received a noise complaint for a night we weren't here. And when my cat moved in I had to pay a $400 pet deposit AND $30 extra a month. It costs more a month to have a cat move in then a girl friend. I have lived in 6 different complexes in my life and this is by far the worst. Similar complaints were voiced by other tenants. Greed and rudeness rule.
